SCHOOL MEALS
From September 2014 all children in reception, year 1 and year 2 are entitled to a free school meal regardless of the income of their parents.
Parents on non working benefits who may qualify for "eligibility based" free school meals still need to apply as there may be other benefits available to them, this applies to parents who may already have children in school who are entitled to free school meals as siblings are not added automatically. Applications can be made online at www.bradford.gov.uk/schoolmeals
