Classes

As well as our website, the children have access to a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).  Your child will need a username and password to access this (probably written inside your child's homework diary).  Through this the children can also access their portfolio.

As a school we follow the International Primary Curriculum (IPC). This provides us with a framework to deliver the curriculum. Each unit of work will have an entry day designed to inspire and hook the children with their learning. This is delivered on a two year rolling programme.  

Literacy and numeracy lessons are differentiated to meet the needs of the children in the class. Please visit each class page to see what have been doing and to see our curriculum overview.

We have four classes.

They are organised into:-

Acorn for our Reception children

Ash for children in Years 1 and 2

Beech for children in Years 3 and 4

Oak for children in Years 5 and 6
