After School Club

"Offering a place where children can laugh, learn, relax and play!"

Woodlands after school club provides after school care for children attending Woodlands C of E Primary School. The club is based in our outdoor classroom named "The Pod", where children are able to have access to the outdoor environment as well as a specialised indoor learning environment.

The After School Club is open daily from 15:10pm to 18:00pm and children who are attending the club are dropped off by class teachers in the school hall where they are met by our two After School Club carers. As soon as children arrive at the hall they are offered a snack and drink, snacks and drinks choices change regularly throughout the week. Once the children have finished their snacks, the group is taken across to our POD building that is located within our school site. Over at the POD children have a range of planned activities that they can partake in and access to an outdoor play environment.
